AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION/SHUTTLES The airport is located about ten minutes from downtown Salt Lake. Taxis, limos, buses and shuttles supply service to anywhere in the valley and the local ski resorts. A one-way taxi from the airport to downtown is usually around $ 14.00. Driving routes: From the airport, leave the airport and take I-80 east (left lane) (about 1/4 mile from the airport), about 1.5 miles you will see the entrance to I-215 south (towards Cheyenne & Provo) Go south on I-215 about 12 minutes, it will curve towards the mountains, about another 2 to 3 minutes you will get off at 6200 South and follow the ski markers. From downtown, take I-15 South to I-215 East. Follow that to 6200 south, get off and follow ski markers. It's about 15 to 20 minutes from the downtown area to 6200 south.
Driving Instructions / SL Airport to Park City: From the airport take I-80 Eastbound ( about 1/4 mile from the airport ), merge onto I-80 East towards City Center/Ogden/Provo for appx. 4 1/2 miles. Keep following on I-80 East towards Cheyenne, and in less than 4 minutes you will see the signs for Park City. Stay left side, this is Parleys Canyon, and you will be there in less than 25 minutes.
